Food and Nourishment

In the past month, PDP has received almost 20,000 pounds of donated food which is disseminated to families living across the island of Oahu.  Some pet owners just need a little kokua during these tough economic times while others living homeless on the beaches of Waianae and Waimanalo need ongoing assistance. 

PDP needs donations of both dry and wet dog and cat food.  In addition, please consider donating large storage containers to keep dry food safe from pests.  Most homeless families and their pets are unable to move bulky bags of dry food so PDP repackages donated food to smaller, more manageable sizes.

In addition, food is provided to every pet receiving support from PDP.  If you know someone struggling to feed their pet, please nominate them for support.
