PDP is not a rescue organization and we do not
currently have the resources and networks to offer fostering services. However, on a case by case basis - faced with
a situation in which the health and welfare of an animal is at risk while PDP is in the process of helping an owner - PDP
will consider accepting surrenders for placement in foster care. PDP volunteers also come face-to-face with rescue situations and in cases in which animal shelters are unable to provide assistance (because they are not accepting any more animals or would euthanize the animal), PDP will seek out fosters to rehabilitate and care for the animal until a home is found.
Such was the case of Roscoe, a dog recently rescued by PDP volunteers, Sabrina and Michelle. Read more about this recent rescue and other amazing stories of survival at Animal Angel Tails.
